Oregano

Native to the Mediterranean region, with an intense flavor and some bitter tastes, it’s most often use in Italian and Greek cuisine to flavor meats and salads. It combines well with other ingredients such as tomatoes, chili, onions, garlic, olives, and parsley; and complements a variety of dishes like lamb stews, gravies, salads, and soups.

ENJOY: Sprinkle leaves on top of pizza, rub onto roast with oil or mix though a base sauce to bring your pasta dish to another level.
STORE: Trim stems and store in a glass of water or refrigerate wrapped in damp paper towel
