Dill

Dill originated in southern Russia, the Mediterranean, and Western Africa. The Greeks used dill as a symbol of wealth and the Romans believed that dill brought good fortune. With sweet, aromatic and slightly bitter notes, and a strong anise flavor, it is commonly used in the Nordic and Baltic cuisine.  Salmon and pickles are often seasoned with this exotic herb.

ENJOY: Simply serve with smoked salamon and crème fraiche. Chop finely, add to your fish steamer bag before cooking, mix through sauces or sprinkle over salads.
STORE: Trim stems and store in a glass of water or remove from sleeve and refrigerate wrapped in damp paper towel
