Resembling a gigantic weed, lemongrass is native to tropical countries such as India, China, and Thailand. Is an aromatic tropical plant with long, slender bladesĀ and a favorite ingredient in Thai cuisine and dishes that boast a tangy Asian flavor.

ENJOY: Peel outer layer, use the blonde-white part of the Lemongrass stick. Finely chopped, add to stir-fries, soups, curries and dipping sauces.
STORE: Refrigerate and wrap in a damp paper towel.
